2022-23 Community-Based Organizations (CBO) Database Handbook
A community-based organization (CBO) is a public or private nonprofit organization that provides adult general education or related services. The CBO Database Handbook is for use by community-based organizations and offers guidance on the reporting of adult general education student data. Please contact the Workforce Education Data Systems (WEDS) team if you have any questions or concerns.
Summary of Changes
The CBO Change Summary is a consolidated list of all modified data elements, edits, and appendices that have been changed for the current CBO reporting year. These changes are reflected in the CBO Handbook.

Database Handbook
The current year CBO Handbook contains all pertinent reporting information for the current reporting year. It includes all CBO related data elements, formats, appendices, and edits.

The CBO Contact Directory contains all CBO staff our office has on file. If staff need to be added or removed from this list, please send an email to the WEDS team indicating if an add, change, or delete is needed.
