FDLE Driver of the Year JoAnn Donovan Honored with U.S. DOJ 2020 National Citizen’s Award

Congratulations to Charlotte County Florida's Special Education Driver Ms. JoAnn Donovan, who has been awarded the 2020 National Missing Children’s Citizen Award by the U.S. Department of Justice for her help in locating a missing 15 year-old girl with special needs!

Ms. Donovan was also recently recognized as the 2019 Florida Department of Law Enforcement Driver of the Year for her efforts in helping to locate the missing child and ensuring her safe return to her foster parents!
