First Lady Ann Scott Concludes Statewide Literacy Tour

Tallahassee, Fla., January 16, 2014 - On Friday, First Lady Ann Scott will conclude her statewide literacy tour as a part of Celebrate Literacy Week, Florida! This year's theme, "Reading Accelerates Success," connects the value of literacy with careers in science, technology, engineering and mathematics (STEM). As part of the week's festivities, thousands of volunteers read to children in classrooms throughout the state.
