Education Commissioner to Hold "Conversations with the Commissioner"

Tallahassee, Fla. - Education Commissioner Gerard Robinson will host the next in a series of community forums Monday in Palatka and Jacksonville. The focus of the "Conversations with the Commissioner" series is to meet with parents, teachers and local communities to talk about education in Florida. St. Johns River State College President Joe Pickens and Putnam County Public Schools Superintendent Tom Townsend will attend the event in Palatka. State Board of Education member Gary Chartrand will attend the event in Jacksonville.
