Department of Education to Hold Rule Development Workshops

The Florida Department of Education will hold rule development workshops to collect input on possible revisions to State Board of Education Rule 6A-1.09981 to be implemented beginning in the 2011-12 school year. The revisions will incorporate statutory changes into the school grades rule, improve the school grades methodology and make the school grades system a single process that is used both for state and federal accountability purposes.

The workshops will be held:
