Florida Department of Education to Name 2020 Teacher of the Year
Tallahassee, Fla., July 18, 2019 – Tonight, the 2020 Florida Department of Education Teacher of the Year will be named at a gala event in Orlando.
The five finalists are:
- Leigh Ann Norris, Hamilton County Elementary School, Hamilton County;
- Dr. Dakeyan Chá Dré Graham, C. Leon King High School, Hillsborough County;
- Dr. Nicole Mosblech, Vero Beach High School, Indian River County;
- Megan Crombie, Florida State University School, Leon County;
- Shane Swezey, Oak Park School, Sarasota County.
The gala will be live streamed by the Florida Channel at https://thefloridachannel.org/.
