2023-24 Adult General Education Test & Performance Record Format

This format is reported three times per year using the Survey Period Codes:

• F (Summer data - Reported in Fall months)
• W (Fall data - Reported in the Winter months)
• S (Spring data - Reported in the Summer months)

Submit a separate record in the reporting periods noted above for each test taken by an adult general education student at any time prior to and during the relevant reporting period. For pre-tests and post-tests, include a unique id linking the AGE Test and Performance Format to the corresponding AGE Student Course format. 

KEY FIELDS:The key fields for this format are item numbers 1, 2, 4, 5, 8, 10, 11, 12, 14, and 19. If a key field needs to be changed, the record must be deleted and re-submitted as an add.
