Due Process Hearing Orders

In accordance with the Individuals with Disabilities Education Act and corresponding State Board of Education Rules, school districts and parents of students with disabilities have a right to request a due process hearing in matters relating to the identification, evaluation or educational placement of a student with a disability or the provision of a free appropriate public education. State education agencies are required, after deleting any personally identifiable information, to make findings and decisions available to the public.
