2017-18 Adult General Education Test Record

This format is reported three times per year using the Survey Period Codes:

• F (Fall)
• W (Winter)
• S (Summer)

Submit a separate record in the reporting periods noted above for each pre- or post-test taken by an adult general education student at any time prior to and during the relevant reporting period.

KEY FIELDS:

The key fields for this format are item numbers 1-5, 8, 10, 11, 12 and 14. If a key field needs to be changed, the record must be deleted and re-submitted as an add.
