2017-18 WDIS Supplemental Information Format
This format is reported three times per year using the Survey Period Codes:
- F (Fall)
- W (Winter)
- S (Spring)
The format is used for the reporting of industry certification information and additional hours credited for postsecondary career and technical education students.
For the purpose of reporting Industry Certification Identifier and Industry Certification Outcome: Submit a separate record in the reporting periods noted above for each Industry Certification earned by the student. For these records, Additional Hours Earned is to be zero.
For the purpose of reporting Additional Hours Credited: Submit a separate record for each student in a program who has received credit for hours earned prior to entering the program (for example, transfer credit, life experience, etc.) For these records, Industry Certification Identifier and Industry Certification Outcome are to be Z filled or left blank.
KEY FIELDS:
The key fields for this format are item numbers 3, 4, 5, 6, 9, 11, and 12. If a key field needs to be changed, the record must be deleted and resubmitted as an add.
