A Florida school district, charter school or charter management organization seeking initial approval of its professional learning certification programs or PLCPs, authorized in section 1012.56, Florida Statutes, shall submit an electronic application that contains the plans and processes for operation, including delivery, curriculum, assessments, data collection, a mentorship and induction component and continuous improvement.
