Definition:
An incident is alcohol related if there is evidence that those involved in the incident were caught drinking at the incident or had been drinking, based on testing or investigation of a Law Enforcement Officer at the scene, or if they admit to drinking, or if the incident is somehow related to possession, use or sale of alcohol. Schools are not required to test for the presence of alcohol.

- Yes, this can be considered a SESIR Alcohol-Related incident, but no arrest could be made (without the physical evidence). Including these incidents in SESIR gives a more accurate picture of alcohol incidents on campus and resulting disciplinary actions.
